Air traffic control services at our FBOs in Goose Bay, Gander and St. John’s are open and remain fully operational. Should there be any changes to their operations, please check NAV Canada.   

Our priority is to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible. Our FBOs and NAV Canada are closely monitoring and following recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization to minimize the risk of exposure and spread. 

These enhanced safety measures include:

• Essential employees who are required to ensure safe air traffic services (control, advisory and system support) continue to work in their usual role
• Enhanced, frequent cleaning and sanitation processes​
• Increased measures regarding access to our facilities consisting of social distancing and new servicing flights to meet our customers’ needs
• Our non-essential employees are working remotely

Yes, we are still fuelling aircrafts to ensure our customers get to their destination. We have a reliable supply of energy to continue to serve all corporate, commercial, cargo and military aircrafts requiring fuel and services. We are still operating 24/7 and our team is on site and ready to help get you to where you need to go.

Yes, customs is still available as CBSA procedures remain unchanged. They are available 24 hours a day. It is recommended you set up with CAN Pass prior to arrival. Click here for more information and to get set up.

Our Irving Aviation team is here to help our customers as safely as possible. We have changed some of our processes to protect the health and safety of our customers and our team. At this time, members of our FBO Aviation team are entering aircraft and we are offering international waste removal and lavatory services.
